Privacy Act 1988
DropTrack is built to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We collect only the data we need to run your campaign, we disclose what we collect and why, and we give you the right to access, correct or delete your information at any time.
Australian data residency
All campaign, dropper and tracking data is stored in AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). AI inference also runs in Sydney via AWS Bedrock — your data never leaves Australia and never trains a public model.
Encrypted end to end
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AWS KMS, AES-256). Authentication runs on AWS Cognito with JWT access tokens. Payments are handled by Stripe — DropTrack never sees your card details.
Vetted & accountable droppers
Every dropper is individually vetted and trained on our coverage standards before their first job, then held accountable on every campaign through GPS verification and Fraud Shield. Same standard, same tracking, every drop.
Audit trail by default
Every drop carries a signed GPS pin. Once a campaign closes, the pin set is immutable — you can prove coverage to a vendor, an AEC officer or your own compliance team six months later.
